We are proud to announce the launch of the new Logo & Identity of the Ramaiah Group. Today, in a landmark event in the Group’s 55-year history, all 21 of our institutions are being brought under one common brand name and identity: Ramaiah. The singular identity marks the renewed commitment of the Group towards the society through the two pillars of service, Healthcare and Education.

The new logo is a contemporary take on a legacy icon. While the CREST is a reminder of the heritage of the group, its shape is crafted by incorporating a bold and inspired SWAN, the symbol of knowledge. The swan, in pursuit of enlightenment, is symbolised by the asterisk-shaped SUN. The future facing, confident Swan, is the vehicle of the goddess of wisdom in Indian mythology, Saraswati. The typeface brings the Ramaiah name into sharp focus with a clean and solid institutional font.

This logo will breathe life into multiple brand expressions, including the digital ones.

The new identity will extend into a series of transmedia experiences aimed at several stakeholders, including students, faculty members, the research community and employers and will reinforce the Group’s role as one of the most trusted practitioners of inclusive Education and Healthcare.

The 80-acre Ramaiah campus, that houses our institutions, has recently undergone a significant upgrade with modern world-class facilities, integrating the best of technology, infrastructure and amenities, spacious parking lots and a smart way-finding system for an enhanced student and visitor experience.

This day marks a new beginning for the Ramaiah group. From the survival phase of the past, the last couple of decades for us have been about the pursuit of excellence across our various institutions. With each passing year, we reoriented every aspect of our academic delivery to get closer to being the best. For every step of the journey, excellence has been our goal. We may not entirely be there yet, but we are – and will always – continue to strive towards it.

As a group, we are dedicated to creating leaders who reflect the spirit of our Late Honourable Founder Chairman, Dr. M S Ramaiah. Leaders who are creative, courageous and committed to strengthening communities by solving the pressing problems of our society.

The statue of our Founder Chairman, unveiled on this momentous occasion, seeks to serve as a constant reminder of our dedication to society.
